Set in the Laiki Geitonia quarter, the Leventis Museum walks you through Nicosia's past, from Bronze Age finds and medieval pottery to Venetian maps, Ottoman costumes and photographs of the colonial city.
The displays are compact and well designed, which makes it one of the most rewarding hours you can spend in the old town.
Good to know
Entry is free. Check opening days before you go, and pair it with a walk through Laiki Geitonia.
